Hi Zobia,

Dependent on where you live, this may or may not be possible.  Only Dubai permits students to transfer from Indian to British Curriculum at this stage.  In all the other emirates, the change has to take place for Grade 9.  You will also find that it may be quite tough to get support for a change if you are in Dubai.  The way in which the UK curriculum is taught is very different to the CBSE and students do often find it a real challenge.  Schools will not demand a specific % mark from you; they will be much more interested in seeing school reports and learning about your learning style and ability.

My advice would be to make contact with the schools which are of interest to you and find out about the application procedure, the documents they will want, the interview that they will definitely require and also any form of testing that they may want to use to assess your abilities.
