Is Mid term admissions permitted in Dubai/Sharjah for Indian/UK curriculum.
My child is currently studying KG1 back in India (June2017-March2018 academic year). Her DoB is 22-July-2013.
I am planning to move family in mid-November 2017 to UAE. Wanted to ask if she can join KG1 mid-term here in December 2017 and continue her studies.
Does Indian or UK curriculum schools admit students in middle of the year.
What are my other options if they do not admit students in mid-terms.

It is entirely possible to transfer your daughter from outside the UAE mid-year to an Indian curriculum school . However, joining a UK curriculum school may be more of a challenge as she will not be used to this environment. In any event, you should start the application process prior to your family’s arrival in the UAE in order to be sure that there is a place available for her. She will not be able to start school until the EID process has been completed, so you should assume some delay in her possible entry and it may well be that she will not be able to join until January. Entry to a UK curriculum school for January is likely to be more of an option.
