Hi Stephanie, there are a number of bi-lingual or French speaking nurseries in Dubai, mostly located in Jumeirah/Umm Suqeim. They include Le Petit Poucet, Mon Ecole, London Paris Nursery, P’tit Bout’Chou, Le Jardin Enchante and The Children’s Garden (which has 3 nurseries located in Jumeirah, Al Barsha and Green Community and is part of the Taaleem Group of schools). If you go to the WSA Home page and such under “Schools – Dubai” you will find there is a separate section for nurseries. Bonne Chance!
