KG1 Admission 2017-18 in Dubai
Hi i am looking for admission for my son in Dubai area. He has completed 4 years in September. I prefer CBSE or ICSE curriculum. My main focus is on academic development with sufficient extra curricular activities for personal development of my child. There is no financial constraints.
Can the site administrator suggest a list 5 schools with very good reviews from this site itself?

The top 4 Indian curriculum schools (according to the Regulator) are GEMS Modern Academy, Delhi Private School, GEMS Our Own English High School and The Millennium School which are all rated Outstanding or Very Good. There are a further 9 schools which are rated Good. The challenge you will undoubtedly face is that these are all the most popular schools and the most difficult at which to obtain places.
Whilst you may well choose to apply to these 4, we would also suggest that you consider the newer schools which are less likely to be in such high demand, or are expanding. Two of these (GEMS New Millennium and Springdales) were both rated Good in their first inspection and this is a very positive sign (new schools are not rated above Good as a rule). 5 of 13 schools rated Good or above (including the Outstanding GEMS Modern Academy) are owned and operated by GEMS. In addition, the two JSS schools also performed well.
We would advise you to visit the schools prior to application if possible – this is not always so easy to arrange – and to ensure that you apply to several schools, in order to ensure that you have a chance. Popular schools such as the Indian High School opened their KG1 applications this week, so we would advise you to apply as soon as possible.
