Schools for Year 2 and 4, Emirates Hills/Meadows
I am moving to Dubai with my family in Feb.15 and we are struggling to find a school for my 2 sons that need to attend Year 2 and Year 4. Do you know any schools not far from Meadows with some available space?

The established schools in the immediate area are likely to be full, although it is worthwhile registering, as all schools experience some turnover of students during the school year. Your most likely chance is to apply to one or more of the newer schools, several of which are located within a 15-20 minute drive of the Meadows – try Safa Community School (www.safacommunityschool.com), Nord Anglia International School (www.nordangliaeducation.com/Dubai), Kings School Al Barsha (www.kingsdubai.com/Kings-School-Al-Barsha) – these are all UK curriculum schools. Alternatively, for IB curriculum schools, try GEMS International School, Al Khail (www.gemsinternationalschool-alkhail.com/) or Dubai International Academy (www.diadubai.com). DIA is a long-shot, but again they do have a turnover of students and you may be lucky.
