I am afraid that I cannot answer your question without knowing much more about the reason you are considering the change and your future plans.  GEMS Modern Academy is rated Outstanding by the KHDA and has an excellent reputation for the ICSE curriculum.  Emirates International which is located on 2 sites is rated good and follows the IB curriculum.  Depending on your long term plans for your daughter’s education, either curriculum may be the more appropriate one.  Inevitably, the ICSE curriculum is more likely to lead to further education in India, whilst the IB curriculum potentially opens doors to universities worldwide.

The other consideration would be that if your daughter changes from the Indian curriculum to another international one, she will also be affected by the change in academic year and would start grade 3 again in September (so repeating a term).
